there is a tool sold by LP Williams, which is a casting but is basically a 9/16 nut with a screwdriver bit cast on it. Difficult to explain and I don't think that you can post links here
it works quite well. Go to lp williams site , tools, and it's half way down. (£5)
you can use a chisel ground to fit, unless you have a huge screwdriver. Or any large bit of flat steel bar ground to fit.
It's easier if you apply a heat gun to stuck inspection caps as they'll loosen off without huge damaging effort
