T140E. Have to kick it loads to start it (which i can live with), however, after kicking it several times it suddenly locks solid. Only way to release it is to put the bike in gear and move it forward a bit, then put it back in neutral and it has freed. Took the gearbox cover off to have a look and it is all in excellent order. The quadrant is perfect. What can be causing the locking up?
