It is not a swollen eyelids, it is more like something block the retina. S/he has a bad vision (when I bought it, s/he got swollen eyes). About 5 weeks ago, s/he got problem with left eye. It has like a blood spot in the eye, just below the retina. I gave her/him eye drops for turtle (just like I use when s/he was younger). Now the retina is not clear, but blurry. The other side of her eyes is clear and can see better... I notice when I fed her, she can only see the pellet in one side of her body.
