Morning all. Great site. I have been researching my Father's WW2 service and was wondering if anyone out there has any recollections of him.
He was from Bethpage, Long Island, NY and was assigned to the 71st Regiment, 2nd Battalion, Co H in Dec 1940. I believe he was also assigned to Co E. He stayed with the 71st until his discharge in 1943.
If anyone has any information I would most appreciative. Thanks.
