Alfred Caudill: 1923 - 2004

Hello veterans and family members:
I am sad to announce that my father, Alfred Caudill, passed away on 21 January of this year. He served with the 44th Division, 324th Regiment, Company L. He remembered much of the struggle to free Europe from the grip of tyranny. He often thought of his buddies, and several years ago he visited Biche, France. I am sure he was proud to have served with his outfit - and he was proud to be an American! Best wishes to all,
