reaching the Rhine

Looking for members of the 324th who remember reaching the Rhine River at Strasbourg in November 1944. I'am an author who has written several books on WWII and am researching for another. I'd also like to know if anyone in the 324th recalls whether patrols were sent across the Rhine north of Strasbourg in November 1944 to reconoiter the enemy side and if so, what did they find.
