PFC Sidney M Gottlieb, Co. F, 324th Inf Regt was KIA Feb 17, 1945. I would be interested to know the details of the event that caused his death. We were friends in basic training in 1944, and lost contact after that. I'm guessing he was a replacement into Co. F.
