"THE GREAT R.O." On June 18th the day before fathers day 2005 at approximatley 10:15 p.m. central time my father,"THE GREAT R.O." passed this life to go to a better place. He was in the 44th ID 324th regiment "H" company as a gunnery seargent. There was never a man that met him that didn't like him.He was a very good and kind and compassionate man that would worry about anyone else first than his own welfare.I just wanted to take this time and let anyone who is still around and might have fought with him that he is now in a more peaceful and happier place than this material world. I would also like to personaly thank any members of the ww2 era wherever they were and the ones that are serving today and have in the past...thank you with you guys and gals we WOULD NOT HAVE THE FREEDOM AND RIGHTS WE HAVE TODAY!! THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES...NORMAN INGRAM
