Does the wife of the Head of the House of Sayn Wittgenstein Berleburg automatically gets the right to wear the Berleburg Fringe Tiara? I recall reading that either Prince Richard's mother or grandmother did not hand it over immediately to Princess Benedikte upon her marriage with Prince Richard.
