multiple holder

I've been searching for multiple cigarette holders. The most I ever smoked was 4 at once, imagine the whole pack...I envy the smoker on this picture who has this "Pack an hour" holder for smoking 20 cigarettes all at once. Only if I can get hold of one like that... Talking about blackening the lungs, tons of tar & nicotine go into the system.
