oh yes increased alot since then hehe. Im a good 5ppd girl now 
even my social life suffering now because i cant really go 2 clubs etc coz i cant smoke in there. last time i went out i ended up coming home 2 chain. plus dancing is far too much effort as it totally exhausts me lol. I kinda try n hide it tho. Ill try not to hyperventilate on the dance floor n run to the toilet cubical and gasp for air lol)
Ye i agree smoking is all that matters and tbh i kinda like them overflowing. (ill let you into a lil secret, somtimes when im in bed and the ashtray is too far away i just de ash onto the sheets or the floor lol (as i said its making me a mess lol))
