One thing I will wholeheartedly recommend to you is a hookah. I have one, and while I've not used it recently (the tobacconist that sold my flavor went out of business), I can tell you it's WONDERFUL.
First off, I do not, ever, do illegal narcotics with it. Just flavored tobaccos. But you can inhale fully with it, and the flavor is amazing; not a bad nicotine buzz either!
It's totally a different experience than cigarettes or cigars though. Not something I could do on a regular basis
