Hi Alyxis!
One question from me concerns mainly your morning cough. As a heavy smoker you must be coughing a lot after you wake up. From your previous posts I couldn't actually get whether or not it is mostly because of your addiction on nicotine? Or maybe it is simply a result of your lungs' being filled with smoke? tar and, consequently, mucus every minute diring your day? Moreover, it is rather interesting to know if you cough up that poisoned mucus in the morning, and if you do, does it become easier to breathe after that? And some heavy smokers like you often cough during the day as well as in the morning. One of my smoking friends (she is 39 and smokes since 15, so far about 2 ppd) told me that sometimes while she is smoking she feels like her lungs won't acceptr the smoke any more, and she coughs until the stuff finally comes out. What is important, she says that right after that she feels the extra need for fresh nicotine. Perhaps this is because she coughus up the mucus which contains a lot of nicotine and by that her lungs feel the decrease in its level? She is basically quite addicted, but it is obvious that her addiction can't be compared with yours, as you smoke much more and stronger cigarettes. As for her health problems except coughing, because smoking influences the blood pressure she has thick veins on her hands and feet, so the doctoor recommends her to smoke at least not so much and wear shoes that are comfortable for her heels and fingers. She also has white skin just as you told. Do you have any similar things? Thanks for paying attention.
