Having read most of your posts, I would like to ask you about how long does it take to get used to the amount of smoke you inhale every day? I mean, you smoke about 6 ppd, which means that you 'put' vast amounts of nicotine and tar into your lungs every day, and then it goes to your heart, blood and further to each cell and even to your toes. Nevertheless, despite all the poison in your body, you feel very well and satisfied and smoke almost always. But obviously this amount of dangerous poison would simpply kill another person who doesn't smoke so much. So how long was the period of getting used to this level of nicotine consumption? This could be even a wolrd record! This is fantastic that your body and espexially lungs are capable of coping with all the tar and poison they are filled and re-filled every day. During the night you smoke less, and I suppose that this is actually the time when your body prepares too get rid of the stuff it can't keep inside. That is why youcough up the poisonous mucus in the morning. You smoke very much, and your mouth and tongue and lungs always interact with hot smoke which contains dangerous substances, so the mucus concentrates it inside your lungs. Your body seems to be fantastic and unique from this point. And I can imagine how seriously you damage your health by that. You are right that you use oxygen during the night, it at least aloows your nicotine and tar strained lungs to get some fresh air. Please smoke and be healthy! Best wishes - and try to make some comments. Thanks.
