I love this board because it doesn't shy away from controversial subjects such as youngsters smoking. Amanda is a wonderfully heavy smoker and a caring mother. She started her elder daughter as a preschooler and plans to start her baby even sooner. Congratulations to a true smoker.
My wife and I started our girls at 10 & 8 but after reading Amanda's comments we could have started them much younger. Our girls thank us for starting them young as smokers. They felt so much more confident when then progressed to drinking and sex; all with their parents approval and encouragement.
I hope we will hear from others who feel the importance of parents teaching their kids, (especially their girls)at home. wilinct@aol.com
