Hello,
I'm really not into the lung damage thing and I don't really understand why anyone would be.
However, I've been an on/off social smoker for a few years and just became a regular smoker about 1/2 year ago. At one point, I was smoking 2 packs per day and reduced it to 1 pack a day on most days. I used to smoke with my ex, and she smoked a lot too.
However, every time I see one person smoke, I want to light up. I try resisting and can usually do it. But yesterday, I ended up smoking over 2 packs. My new girlfriend is also a smoker and sometimes we chain together. But this was over the course of a day. So a few questions.
1. How do you get the time to smoke if you are working?
2. Why do you want to force yourself to increase? I kind of understand but it's also expensive.
3. How do you afford it?
