this morning I got up with a big sore throat and I spited a lot of catarrh and how always I had a lot of cough but this is normaly
for today I smoked 7ppd but my conditions are worst and tomorrow I think to ruduce at 5ppd but also for tomorrow and when I will fine I will smoke 9ppd in a day for recocer these 2ppd that I haven't smoke
