Yeah, you are right I feel much better now when I increase my amount per day.
Over the weekend we were at my sister side. You know, she smokes 4ppd and has a 3 year old boy who blames her for that all the time.
We had much fun this weekend and we both could increase our amount to 5ppd !!!
We felt very fine with that!
Well, after our little baby is almost 6 months now we really think about having another one. They are soo sweet !!!
For sure, if we decide so, I will have to wait maybe half a year before I get pregnant again, but then I think I would reduce again to 2-3ppd during pregnancy.
What is your opinion?
