Hi Amanda,
My friend is the heaviest smoker I know and she smokes 2.5 packs a day...you have her beat by double. It would be cool for her to smoke more, but am concerned.
What side effects do you experience now that you're smoking 5ppd.
Do you cough often and are they quick coughs or fits?
Do you get short of breath doing anything around the house?
Does your lungs ever ache from smoking so much?
