Here lately, I've been seeing two packs of Camel No. 9 in the black box with pink outlines on the dresser next to her booth.
I think she used to smoke Marlboro Lights several years ago, but as some of the other younger girls that work for her smoke the Camel No. 9s, it seems she switched over. She is half owner of the hair salon, so several of the girls there work for her. From what I can tell, shes a very generous boss when it comes to giving plenty of smoke breaks to the girls, even the high school aged girl who is the afternoon receptionist smokes the Camel 9s.
On one occassion a few months ago, I've also seen her tell one of the girls working for her to walk across the street to buy her cigarettes. Then the girl would come back with a pack of cigarettes for herself, and two for her boss lady.
Also, I think her being half owner of the salon gives her many opportunities to take smoke breaks at will. It's almost a given that she will be out back taking a smoke break at any given time when I walk in, even when I have an appointment for a haircut. I've also come in, had her come and ask me if I could wait 5 minutes, then head out the back door to quickly suck down another cigarette. One time I saw her still exhaling smoke as she came back inside, essentially blowing smoke right by one of her younger girls booths at the back of the salon.
Perhaps my favorite reason to get my haircut by her is the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke that practically radiates off of her, her hair, her clothes, her hands, it's everywhere. When she bends close to cut my hair I see the smokers lines around her mouth growing more and more prominent on her otherwise light fair complexion. Also, I always take time to let her wash my hair, its extra time, but very sensual with her bending over me, massaging my scalp while washing it with warm water such that it leave a faint trace of tobacco smell in my hair picked up from her smoke stained fingers.
