Hi Travis, the past few days have been pretty intense. I am really loving being a Heavy Smoker. As my nicotine tolerance is increasing I am becoming totally dependant and can easily manage 3ppd a day sometimes 3 and a half and enjoy every one. I also love chaining and do about 6 to 7 an hour when I get home from work. Thanks for the tip on hotboxing really love that feeling gives you a real rush!
I have been coughing a lot more since increasing from 2ppd, but I guess this is to be expected. When I wake in the morning I have a coughing fit for a few minuets and then it passes. Its like I want to bring up some phlegm but nothing comes up(that usually happens before bed)
I then light up my first cigarette of the day and powersmoke it as fast as I can. After making some coffee, I relax with 2 once. I then smoke as many as I can during the workday, getting home having smoked about 25 Reds. I then spend my evening smoking as much as I can, as hard as I can, to increase my nicotine tolerance. I will probably smoke in total 45-50 Reds 15-20Lights. I have been ending my days with 3 at once to give me a boost to get through the night. Usually my chest feels tight when I get into bed and I can hear my lungs wheeze as I go to sleep.
I have noticed my breathing is getting a bit worse- out of breath when climbing few flights of stairs at work. Also I went for a run the other day to get some air into my lungs and took me a lot longer than usual-but the smoke I had when I got back was sensational!!
When do u think I should just smoke Reds? May have a Menthol day for a bit of fun-What do you think?
