I've done some more research on the site, and found out it is hosted by LiveHost.net, and the name was purchased through GotoNames.com. Both LiveHost.net, and GotoNames.com are owned by Tremain Inc. I used to have a retailer listed on ABCigs.com, which was owned by a Thomas Tremain. Checked the business addresses of each company, and whatta ya know.... same person! I had cancelled his listing in January of 2003 due to non-payment. Seems the same month I cancelled his listing, he decided to open a website using my name. Gotta love it. I'm in the process of finding out what can legally be done about it. If I have grounds, I will be filing a lawsuit against Tremain Inc. for ownership of the ABCig.com domain, their profits, along with actual and statutory damages.
