I was given the nic of Ladysmoker by a friend when I went back into chatrooms to avoid someone that was there, and used that name unknowing that someone else had been using it and had a website with her pictures on it. On the boards I still used Samantha, and on my website for those who know me by both names it is listed as such. So sometimes it is just a little oops that is made...but to outright steal a company's name...that's just foolish. Good luck with whatever you decide to do with it.
