Yes that is very true. RonnieBear and I have discussed the situation of online smoking retailers quite a bit recently. Even the smoke shops here in WA state are having some difficulties with the government and tax revenues. It seems to be a no win battle at times yet some of us persit on trying to do just that. I know that there will be an iniative on the ballot coming up on stopping all smoking indoors....they've already done that, what more do they want? I'm not sure why this one is out there as it's already on the books and seems redundant to me, but maybe I'm missing something...maybe it's the bars they are going after, seems most of those are in compliance already though. It's ridiculious in my book.
