Looking for where abouts of TM1 or TMC Charlie (Charles) A. Brown ... a sub sailor who was heavy into HAM radio, and was fortunate enough to get one (1) shore duty assignment, which ended up being at an Advanced Underwater Weapons compound at the once NAS Moffett Field. From Moffett Charlie went back to the boats ... his vacation was over.
