Flirting is great, but some guys are clueless. If you're half-way cute and he smiles when you two talk then tell him you're interested. Just remember: "Invitation without preparation is suicide." Try to build some sort of relationship first (psychos tell strangers they really like them, but its cool if a cute girl I know tells me she'd like to date me-and flattering), just don't lose sight of what you're after and let the friendship become more important than a romantic relationship. Remember, unless this guy is a jerk, he'd be cool about it even if he doesn't feel the same way you do (I'd be afraid you'd tell your friends I was a jerk and then I'd never get a date!). And if he is a jerk, then what are you doing talking to a jerk anyway? "Let [him] fall by [his] own judgements," Jesus said that.
