long distance relationship done after 3 years or i think it is

i have been with my boyfriend or whatever he is right now for 3 years. i feel like he always hides things we have a major trust situtation going on....he went on my space and put single and emailed a girl and worte where is the sexy pic and he said oh we should hang out together again....who does that when i found out i went nuts....he appoligized and cancelled the account. then i hear that hes calling one of my friends from home all the time hes like you should be happy im friends with your friends this girls is a b###h and a whore though and she wants to ruin her friends lives so i told her to stay away from me and they hang out....i dont know whats going on and i dont know what to believe he tells me im over exacgerating and he loves me and only me and he wants to marry me. what should i do i dont know how to act anymore what do you think hes doing!!!!
