Someone Please give me some advice-what to do?

I met this girl about a month ago and I really like her, but she has a boyfriend. We've gotten pretty close so far physically and mentally, but I dont know what to do about her other boyfriend. I cant stand having to share a girl with some other dude... I mean c'mon. Should I tell her how I'm feeling b/c I dont think I can see her anymore if she's not going to be all mine? I feel like I'm someplace that I shouldnt be. Help me anyone
