Phobia

I have this terrible phobia! i am only 24 and i am so afraid to die! i feel like i am going to die soon.....i know this sounds SOOOOO stupid! but I have always been healthy...and i just have this uncontrolable phobia and it is begining to control my life! i take my pulse constantly like it will help or something! does anyone else have this!! PLEASE HELP!! i think i am crazy at times!!!
