sometimes you DO have to risk the possibility of the relationship working out but if you REALLY want it to work I'm sure it will. Like in my case. Me & my friend have been friends for over 2 years and after just recently asking her for the second time to start dating she now says she needs time to think about it. So that doesn't mean no, it doesn't mean yes either but it goes to show that there's always the chance. so if you like the girl enough, you won't ruin the friendship, you'll just add to it and make it a relationship.
