to have a fishing license for ALL types of fishing that has to be renewed EVERY year and Failure to adhere to this law could lead to being thrown into Prison or face a hefty fine -- I would then say its a Privilege
We all have the RIGHT to fish, END of STORY
To me - Its Terminal disease, very contagiuos, not easliy cured. The only medication is to Go FORTH and Fish.
