I keep any heads and tails that I've chopped off over the weekend, chop up the old manky pillies from the depths of the freezer and put then in a icecream container for those rock fishing trips. Add what ever else you want.... chook/pig pellets, old bread, rice, whole kernal corn and top it off with some fish oil.
