    Snapper blossom festival about to start. Archived Message

    Remember last year I kept you up to play with the plum tree and the cherry tree?

    All you need to do now is remember the timeframe after that post til the snaps came on...

    I've just been for a closer look at the two trees ... I spotted buds last week and now the plum is breaking out it's blossoms.

    Just waiting for that cherry tree now......this new snapper season might not be all that far off.

    I also remember the trees got a bit confused last year by the early warm humid,(which we've just had!) then it grew cold again and the trees reverted to a dormant state for another month before coming back.

    So...
    What do HB snapper eat that HB spineys and lemons don't?
    Work that out and there's every chance you'll be into the first of this season's Clydesdales.
