    As the Club Captain of Pania in answer to your questions.
    1)Be supportive. Instead of finding fault and failing to address issues be up front.
    Be proactive. If you need support, ASK.
    Be Innovative. If you have ideas no matter how frivolous offer them.

    2) Clubs for Members.
    Make all feel they belong is the most important. Each member needs to feel they have a chance at success.
    Make your yearly competitions to suit everyone. But there needs to be an Overall Champion Comp included.
    Offer out of Club support, for whatever reason. Members need to know you are there for their wellbeing.
    Offer instruction and tuition.
    And most of all be honest, open, firm and fair.
