In my photo albumn; (Dave Cupples '61-'63- Picture : Ship2/0008) I've included a picture of a person being highlined from the Norris to the Weeks (DD-701). I believe it was a Officer assigned to Oversee, rate & score departmental Engineering/Gunnery/Sonar/ i.e. Routine ASW drills, etc.
Does anyone recall this event and the person, or
reason for the highline? It could have been a sailor-to-shore assignment or ?? Thanks for
looking.
