I just wanted to let you all know that there are good people working for us out there. I recently had a problem and I phoned the vice president in my area at 11pm. He not only took the time to hear my concerns he even called me back at 11;30 with an answer he did't have readliy available He also spoke to me about the MAP program and my concerns to close to midnight. All on his own time!!
I wish I could publically thank him but he said it wasn't necessary, he was only doing his job!!!
