They are the ones who constantly complain; the ones who never want anything to change in their job...are even scared of change of any type, good or bad. You can hear them all the way across the store or warehouse complaining about management for no particular reason. Its lucky the union isn;t made up of just this type of person. If it was, the company would be bankrupt and everyone would be out of the job. So all you good union members out there, tell these idiots to shut up when they open their big mouths. When they complain about the stupidest things. Why waste everyone's time. If they were gone, work would be a much happier place for everyone. We could all just do our jobs, get things done. Maybe the company wouldn't lose so much money, and then when contract time came around, maybe the union could actually claim to have something to do with the reduction in costs (wasted money) and then maybe get a better contract the next time around. Look around at other unions.... they work WITH the management to save the company money, and then contract time rolls around, and theres more for EVERYONE! Wake up beer store employees. The enemy isn't management. Management wants the company to earn money; yes....but you should want the same, because what you get in your contract is 100% based on what the company is able to offer. THoughts?

Without the union, I would re-hire %90 of the current full time employees if I had the choice. I would then hire the other 10% from PPT and temps. THERE ARE GOOD TEMPS AND PPT'S ALL SET TO TAKE OVER!
