r u kidding me. I was planned by Monty, the executive of UBWW and the ufcw canada crew. You can run all you want for a position but you can bet your butt you'll never, ever win.. Do you really believe the members voted for that one? Or anything that has happened since? Not on your life. Remember the first vote was scrapped? Nobody has a chance at anyting now that Monty and the boys are running the show. The members are paying half a million dollars a year now for the president and the reps to live the high life. And a president that can't even work for the last year too. The members still pay his 125 thousand dollar salary, he has never taken benefits while off sick, but the members pay for him to have benefits. We pay for his car, his car insurance, his gas, his phones, and on and on and on and all this for a guy who can't work and won't let go of the job. Ok the guy is sick but a year????????? Nobodys saying he shouldn't be sick he can't help that but take your benefits and quit milking the members for your high off the hog fat cat life style. It's not fair. And the reps are just as bad, they don't ahve the guts to make him shit or get off the pot. Theres even a apt in the city that we pay , what? 12 grand a year for that never gets used anymore and it's been sitting empty. Then we pay for other guys to stay in hotesl. Man talk about a waste of membership dues. And the guy is on pension from the company to boot. Not even a working member anymore. So he has that money too. Man! The same goes for the reps. Do you even know how much it costs the members to keep these guys on the payroll? and they keep covering up for the presdient.
That's why the dues had to go up becasuse these guys are running out of money. Does anyone know how much rent we pay in that building now? Try around a hudred grand just for rent? Now they are taking even more money. Man we're a stupid bunch of asses letting this go on and on and never getting out to vote and stop these idiots. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
