Thousands and thousands of $$'s. The administration and training fund was kept as a general fund at one time, not sure how it is reported now. This was just another way to back door a dues increase without actually taking a proposed dues increase to the membership of each individual local........when we had individual locals. Instead, $0.05 per hour for all hours worked was taken directly off workers wages and tied neatly in with all the company/union issues of a collective bargaining agreement between a union membership and their employer. A dues increase should have nothing to do with an employer.

......and the gouging doesn't stop there. Don't forget the UFCW Local Union 12r24 Administration and Training Fund, page 109 of the current collective agreement.
