Posted by Rick Moore "The commission accused eight current and two former trustees of "failing to exercise the care, diligence and skill in the administration and investment of the pension fund ... that a person of ordinary prudence would exercise in dealing with the property of another person." I wonder if the same rules apply to trustee's of a Members Assistance Program?....any info on that one "info"? Oh, by the way, demanding accountablity is not shit disturbing.

Hey "info", the UFCW CWIPP pension plan is not that far off the mark. In fact it speaks to the same issue as back door dues increases and dues increases that are rammed through with as little as 10% of your total membership participating in a vote......issues like.....Integrity, truthfullness (as in transparency),.......the UFCW certainly has the attention of the superintendant of the Ontario Pension Commission. Can you blame a member of 12r24 asking the same questions?
