Secret, let's get one thing straight. I'm not a 200 series employee, although I wish I was. I was just commenting on what the company was doing. This company does not take care of me, I do. If they did they would just send me my money without me having to bust my nuts for them. I have worked for good bad and in between mgrs. All have one thing in common. Give them 100% and they expect more. That old saying about the willing horse gets the work, though not any more hrs. applies here. Just less time to do more. Ideas like this come from people who are hired under contract and never will devote their lives to one company. Come in for 3 to 5 years , stir up a s**t storm and leave before the boat sinks like rats. Never able to hold onto a steady job due to their own incompetence just bs'ing their way through life.
I'll still be here dealing with what one other poster calls the unwashed masses with a smile even if it's a fake one on my face. Go back and hide under your desk at corporate.
