Do you know what the goal is? This is not a war with the company. You and the company are part of the same army. Look at Stelco, look at other unions that are being downsized. In all cases, its because they are overpaid for what they do. People are lazy and don't do as much as theycould to help the company. In fact, they try and screw it. And then when the company has trouble, they throw their arms up and blame the management. Gotta tell ya: Its tough to ru a company when the people who work for you are earning amazingly high wages for the type of work they do, and do their best to minimize what they get done. Its abotu being cooperative, and working together. Then, when the company is doing well, everyone can benefit.
