No war , but I would like to tell you to change your medication. Blaming union members that you say are over paid for what they do and then to say it's all their fault when the company goes nipples up is just insane. A few days ago CNN announced that the new CEO of Ford Motors has been paid 28 million for only 4 months work. Also that he plans on laying off 3000 workers. I'm sure that he's taking one for the team too !
Don't blame union members for making to much because, remember, the company agreed through collective bargining to the pay scale. A collective agreement is where all party's involved agree that they are giving up more or settling for less then they want but can live with the results. My only beef would be to be paid like a 200 series since I do the same type of work.
