2 members of my family are long time serving in the canadian airline industry and interact with westjet employees all the time.. trust me smoke and mirrors.. it is one of the top 100 employers in canada and there are lots of happy people im sure, although if you have ANY knowledge of fares in canada you'll see that all westjet fares are matched by air canada/code share just different variances on the itinerary..
