The union gus are always talking about the next round of firings at corporate. And they are done with a reason. If someone there screws up, they are gone. Thats whats wrong with the union. You have people who not only screw up, but are complete and total slackers, who's only purpose is to slack off and do as little as possible, and "beat management". They are completely worthless and everyone knows it, but they aren't fired. Thats my biggest beef with the union. Why should I bust my butt, when there are losers like that barely moving most of the day getting paid so much more than me, and yet complaining so much more as well! I hate those people, and hate the union for protecting them.

THey already set example. THey work HARD! YOu have no idea how much work it is to run such a massive company out of that little building with so few people.
