Aside from the gala dinner, acknowledge this: The union loves the company off. They don't care about how pathetically under staffed the stores are (or if they are they dont take any action) in regards to hours. And they feel as though they can pay us nothing competitive for the increasing responsibilites and duties that are introduced on a monthly basis. Thats the point we are trying to make.
