At the last contract vote the part-timers in my region got screwed! The vote was held on Sunday, so while the dozen or so full-timers car pooled two hours to the location to vote. The 20 to 25 part-timers who really care, were stuck working in the stores all day having their futures decided by full-timers! This time our voice will decide our futures! I can guarantee you at least 25 NO votes from part-timers in our small region! CHANGE IS COMING! And remember a small signing bonus doesn't do a thing to help the future part-timers!
