I have seen many changes over the years in my region and one thing always remains the same.
The close relationship between management and some of the minority full-time staff! Here's the problem, everyday decisions that negatively effect part-timers are basically made by a few full-time staff, with absolutley "NO" input from the senior part-time or junior part-time staff! Why should one full-timer decide what 10 part-timers futures with the company be? I have nothing against full-timers, but I think they should be on "MY" team, not on the managers team? I've been through five collective agreements and my vote will be to strike!
