Rustoleum makes a line of stone finish splatter paints and I just tried out one called "Mineral Brown" on the underside of the piano top. It doesn't have the purple hue of the original but it looks very nice. I'm not 100% sure I like it tho, so the reaearch continues. I am completely re-painting the piano once it is sanded and the wood is 100% repaired, so once I secure a new logo I'll be sanding off the old one =( . I have a sweet clean 200 model that is one of my gigging keyboards. Once the 112 is done Ill be switching between the 2 depending on the show. The date stamp on the 112 is July 6 1955 and the sn# is 1866. I'll post some pics once it's complete. Maybe a video or two as well.
Thanks Tony.
