You must take the harp bed out! You do this by taking the two big screws at each end of the harp bed out, and taking the two small screws attached to the harp bed loose also, but rember which go's where, one is the ground and the other is the hot side. Then you must depress the sustain action down as far as you can, remove the harp bed very slowly ( this will take two people )so you don't mess up the dampping pads, then you can tune the whole reed bed, by useng a mic to a tuner. Some of these old Wurly's have pads that are in such bad shape they may need to be replaced, be carefull when replaceing reeds so they don't short against the pick-up ( sheild around reeds ) If you need any more help, let me know.
